BAKER-WILLIAMS ENGINEERING GROUP, inc. is a certified small business enterprise that was established in 1999. The firm is a merger of two well established Sacramento area civil engineering firms of Kent Baker & Associates (KBA) and Glenn F. Williams Civil Engineering and Surveying (GFW). KBA was established in 1986. GFW was established in 1960. Both firms have been active in providing land development services throughout Northern California for both the private sector and for public agencies.
